Please note, fees listed below do not include EventBrite processing fees. FINAL DEADLINE to register for PrideFest 2026 is 5 pm on Friday, May 15.

Food Trucks/Trailers (up to 35 ft) or a Standard (non-truck/trailer) 10x15 Booth. You will need to submit your approved Yolo County Health Permit Number for verification during the application process. Food Vendor applications will be reviewed and approved by the Davis Pride Planning Committee.
This level of booth is for companies that purchased their product or has their own product manufactured for sale, franchised, and/or large chains. This would also include marketing and lead generating companies. This category also includes informational sales booths for profit
An Artisan/Homemade/Arts & Crafts booth is for a seller that exclusively hand makes all of their products (painting, jewelry, homemade products, etc.) - No Exceptions. No sales of imports or direct sales of wholesale goods. Your business’s home office must be located in Yolo County.
This is a booth for government agencies, those that have been duly elected by the people and currently legally holding office, or are an approved candidate for office in an upcoming election within the next year.
This selection is for an organization that holds either a 501(c)3 or 501(c)6 status. You will need to submit your EIN/Tax Exempt number for verification during the application process. [Not For Profits organizations are not eligible for non profit pricing.]
This is for organizations that provide a majority of their services to minors (17 and younger). You will need to submit your EIN/Tax Exempt number for verification during the application process.

The general liability and endorsement certificates must name the DAVIS PHOENIX COALTION, its agents, directors, employees and volunteers as additional insured on the policy. Certificates and endorsements must be received 14 days prior to PrideFest or your participation will be cancelled (no refunds). General liability per occurrence minimum is $1 million.
The certificate holder must include: the DAVIS PHOENIX COALITION, its agents, directors, employees and volunteers / PO Box 1902. / Davis, CA 95617.
Refund request must be sent in writing to [email protected]. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process and return.
