Welcome to Davis Pride! We’re thrilled to celebrate inclusion and LGBTQ+ pride with you in Davis, California. Our annual events promise a fun-filled day for everyone, with activities and entertainment.
The events are free to attend, so be sure to show your support by purchasing great food and beverages and checking out all the creative goods from our vendors and exhibitors. If desired, bring your own chairs and enjoy the live music and entertainment.
Why the Run/Walk for Equality: On March 10, 2013, local Davis resident Lawrence “Mikey” Partida was the victim of a brutal hate-crime, targeted for his sexuality. An avid long-distance runner, Mikey relied on his love for running to help get him through the months of physical therapy and rehabilitation that were required after his assault, and back to his life.
